Martin Rosik

Martin Rosik became a member of the Executive Board of MAN Energy Solutions SE as Chief Human Resources Officer on 1 March 2020. Before joining MAN Energy Solutions, the economics graduate held management positions at the ThyssenKrupp Group, Hochtief AG, AUDI AG, and Volkswagen AG. He joined the Volkswagen Group in 2003 as Head of Human Resources at Audi in Neckarsulm. At the beginning of 2011, he became Head of Human Resources at Volkswagen Passenger Cars Germany and took over global HR management for the Volkswagen Passenger Cars brand in July 2011. In 2015, the Volkswagen Supervisory Board appointed him as Chief Representative.
