FESCO Transportation Group together with Rusfond Charity Fund is extending the program of assistance to critically ill children of Primorye for the year 2022. For these purposes, the Group will allocate 5 million rubles.
The joint program was launched in January 2020 and operates in accordance with the principle of co-financing. FESCO and Rusfond together cover the costs of treating critically ill children living in the Primorsky Territory: the Group undertakes to collect 50% of the required sum, and the remaining half is contributed by readers and donators of the fund.
Sustainable development
During the operation of the program, 25 little residents of Primorye have received high-tech medical care. Over the three years of cooperation, FESCO has allocated 15 million rubles to Rusfond and remains the only company that conducts such large-scale charitable work with the fund in the region.
“We strive to support the sustainable development of Primorye, to contribute to the formation of such a social environment where no one would feel that he was left in trouble alone. Therefore, for the third year now we are cooperating with Rusfond, which not only provides direct assistance to critically ill children but also contributes to the improvement of all domestic medicine,” said Ekaterina Grishkovets, Vice-president, Marketing & Communications of FESCO.
