Ahlsell Norge AS has entered into an agreement to purchase all shares in Verktøy-Maskin AS. The acquisition represents an additional contribution to Ahlsell’s growth within the industrial segment.
Verktøy-Maskin has nine employees and a turnover of approximately 42 million in 2023.
Logistic capabilities
Since 1976, Verktøy-Maskin has been a trustworthy supplier to the industrial sector around Mandal in Norway where they are located. The company offers a wide range of power tools, cutting tools, transmissions, protective equipment, work wear, consumables, screws and fasteners.
Verktøy-Maskin is known for its high service level and short delivery times. Combining Ahlsell's and Verktøy-Maskin’s logistic capabilities, ensures customers gain access to an even wider range of assortment, and can improve their supply chain efficiency. Closing is expected to take place in June 2024.
