Sharon Young is presently working as the Head of Environmental Sustainability at BAE Systems. Prior to this, she was the head of sustainability, an environment and sustainability manager and an Environmental adviser at Balfour Beatty Construction Services UK. Sharon holds a degree from the University of Glasgow and a Master's degree in Energy and Environmental Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
