Neil also worked as Head of Business Intelligence and Management Information, Army Plans at UK Ministry of Defence, Commanding Officer/Managing Director 22 Signal Regiment at HM Forces, Chief of Staff at US Forces in Afghanistan. He completed his masters from Joint Services Command and Staff College.
