Lars Fruergaard Jørgensen is presently the President and CEO of Novo Nordisk. Prior to his current role, he was an executive vice president of corporate development, IT, quality & corporate development, a senior vice president of IT & corporate development at Novo Nordisk and a regional finance vice president, Japan & Oceania and a director of finance & administration at Novo Nordisk Pharma Ltd., Japan. Lars holds a Master's degree in Finance & Business Administration from the Business School of Aarhus.
