James P. Delgado is the Senior Vice President at SEARCH. Before, he was the Director of Maritime Heritage, Office of National Marine Sanctuaries at National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. James also worked as President and CEO at Institute of Nautical Archaeology, Executive Director at Vancouver Maritime Museum, Maritime Historian and Head at National Park Service. He completed his Ph.D. at Simon Fraser University, masters at East Carolina University and bachelors at San Francisco State University.
