President, World Maritime UniversityCleopatra Doumbia-Henry is the President of the World Maritime University (WMU). Before, she worked as Director, International Labour Standards Department at International Labour Organization, Professor, International Law at Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Visiting Professor, ILO Maritime Labour INstruments including the MLC, 2006 at World Maritime University. She completed her PhD from University of Geneva and masters from Geneva Graduate Institute and The University of the West Indies.
