WP Group implemented many structural improvements over the 2023and are proud to showcase such an impressive and knowledgeable workforce.

To start 2024, it introduced two new members to the Operations Leadership team.

Donald Mackay

As the Senior Operations Manager, he will oversee all operational matters to ensure exceptional service

Donald Mackay started with WP Group as the new Senior Operations Manager. With 20 years of experience in the fuels sector, working across various leadership roles with multiple clients and product types, Donald Mackay is pleased to announce his joining the WP Group.

As the Senior Operations Manager, he will oversee all operational matters to ensure exceptional service levels for customers.

  • Responsibilities

Donald brings a wealth of industry experience, specifically in SHEQ, legal compliance, fleet management, customer service, and cost management.

Prioritising engagement and the development of positive, trusting, and lasting relationships is always a top priority for him. Donald looks forward to building these relationships as he embarks on his new journey with the WP Group.

Kieron Ellsley

Keiron is there to provide unwavering support to the drivers, actively engage with customers

On January 1st, 2024, Kieron Ellsley’s role as Operations Manager in London Terminals came into effect. With a career in transport since 1993, Keiron Ellsley shifted to the fuels business in 1996. For over 21 years, he has worked with different oil and transport companies.

Keiron is moving from Moove Lubricants to join the WP Group, overseeing the London terminals in Purfleet and West London. In his role at WP Group, Keiron is there to provide unwavering support to the drivers, actively engage with customers, and address any concerns that may arise about deliveries and delivery points. 

  • Responsibilities

It is his responsibility to ensure compliance with regulations from both a road and health, safety, and environment (HSE) perspective. Keiron is dedicated to identifying areas where efficiency can be enhanced and opportunities for business growth can be explored.

In the event of emergencies, he is prepared to take swift and decisive action to effectively manage and resolve any unexpected challenges that may arise.
