The acquisition process has now been finalised and Unifeeder becomes part of the DP World Group. They have the pleasure to announce that the acquisition process, which has been initiated in the summer of 2018 has finally come to a close.
Unifeeder Group is now part of the DP World Group, an enabler of global trade and an integral part of the supply chain.

The acquisition does not affect the services provided to the customers and Unifeeder Group will continue to operate on a fully independent basis. They believe that in the future the customers will benefit from even better-tailored services and geographic coverage. Moreover, Unifeeder Group attributes of agility, flexibility, and development of customer-centric products will continue to be the core value of the brand.
