The first batch of female crew members of SITC International boarded the SITC Makassar and officially embarked on the ship for work.

Two female crew members graduated from Shanghai Maritime University with a major in nautical technology and are outstanding graduates of the class of 2021.

These are the first batch of female crew members recruited by SITC who have obtained three certificates of competency.
