From July 09th to 10th, 2020, a Captain and First Mate training was held in the Shanghai ship management conference room. The meeting included 12 Captains, 16 Chief Mates, a total of 28 people, and focused on the frequent dock scraping and berthing in Japan that occurred in 2020.

The operation centre, the ship's legal department and various ship management departments have conducted targeted training on crew injuries and illnesses. 

CEO Yang was invited to the training meeting to elaborate on SITC’s culture, future planning, and safety and risk control. The captain, first mate, and ship management staff all expressed that they benefited a lot from the training. The meeting ended successfully at 17:00 on July 10, 2020.
