The Supervisory Board has appointed Simon Lembke to the Board of Directors of DAKOSY AG as of September 1, 2023.
With his extensive expertise and many years of experience in the DAKOSY business areas of data center management, community systems and customs applications, Simon Lembke will take on his new role on September 1, 2023. The 43-year-old is currently the main Department Manager for Customs and Forwarding Applications at DAKOSY.

For Lembke, the position on the Board of Directors represents a new challenge within a familiar environment. In his new role, he intends to keep the company on course for the future. He emphasizes: "For more than 40 years, we have successfully mastered all new technological and organizational challenges."

Responsible for development
As a member of the Board of Directors, Simon Lembke will be responsible for the areas of development, data center management and support.
The Board of Directors also includes Ulrich Wrage and Dieter Spark. The latter will retire at the end of the year after many years of service on the Board.
