MetOcean Telematics (MetOcean), is pleased to welcome two new members to its expanding team: Paul Brooks, as VP of Engineering and Operations, and Sheldon Hope, as Director of Manufacturing.

Both Paul Brooks and Sheldon Hope will operate out of MetOcean’s head office location in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Paul Brooks

MetOcean is a familiar territory for Paul Brooks (Paul). Paul was previously MetOcean Data Systems’ VP, of Engineering from 2012-2016 and MetOcean is excited to welcome him back to MetOcean Telematics.

Paul possesses extensive and invaluable industry experience and will be responsible for both MetOcean’s Engineering and Operations departments.

Paul will be a key contributor and will influence the overall strategic direction

In addition to managing the two departments, Paul will hold an integral spot on MetOcean’s Executive Team. Paul will be a key contributor and will influence the overall strategic direction of the company. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Sheldon Hope

Sheldon Hope (Sheldon), reporting to Paul Brooks, will lead MetOcean’s manufacturing team and is responsible for developing new stream-lined manufacturing processes for MetOcean’s diverse line of telematics products.

Sheldon holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Acadia University and has over 20+ years of experience in Manufacturing and leading teams.
