PIL is honoured to be present at MPA’s Maritime Innovation Lab launch on 9 April 2019, at PSA Vista.

The launch of the innovation lab was held in conjunction with Singapore Maritime Week and the event was graced by Guest of Honour Dr. Lam Pin Min. Many industry players, startups, and maritime personnel were gathered to share knowledge and explore future collaborations within maritime.

e-BL blockchain project

PIL formed part of the exhibition team and together with IBM showcased their electronic Bill of Lading (e-BL) Blockchain project under the theme of “Enablers for Industry Digitalisation”.

Other themes in the exhibition include “Next Generation Port Operations” and “Ship Intelligence”.

PIL continues to embrace innovation and engage with government and industry stakeholders to promote technological capabilities in the maritime industry.
