Maersk Kanoo, UAE (part of A.P. Moller - Maersk) has partnered with Danish Pavilion for Expo 2020 Dubai that opens its gates next month. Maersk will be present at the Danish Pavilion, throughout the six months of Expo 2020 Dubai, to welcome and interact with the visiting customers, and businesses that are curious to know more on how Maersk transports goods around the world.

Expo 2020 Dubai revolves around three key themes – mobility, sustainability and opportunity. Maersk, with its integrated container logistics operations, ticks all three boxes.

Mobility of goods around the world forms the backbone of Maersk’s operations. By connecting and simplifying customers’ supply chains, Maersk is in the business of moving cargo, across a network of 130 countries, in which the company operates.

With a target to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, Maersk is taking all necessary steps to build the green future of shipping and logistics. The most recent steps taken by the company in this direction include the announcement of ordering 8 large vessels that will be able to run on carbon-neutral fuel.

Maersk is looking at every opportunity to diversify its logistics offerings, in order to suit its customers’ requirements. Maersk is offering its customers single-window access to all their logistics requirements and thus, delivering an end-to-end solution that covers landside transportation, warehousing & distribution, air freight, terminal operations, customs clearances, and so on, in addition to ocean shipping.
