Teledyne RDI is a world pioneer in the design and manufacturer of ADCPs and DVLs, which are used for measuring water current velocities over a depth range, and velocity of underwater vehicles using the Doppler effect.

Their products are widely used in oceanographic research, environmental monitoring, defence, and various industrial applications.
