Baraghini Compressori Srl (Baraghini), an Italian compressor distributor and service provider located in Cesena in the Northeast of Italy has become part of Atlas Copco Group.

Baraghini has 14 employees and mainly serves a wide range of industrial customers in the provinces of Forli-Cesena, Rimini, and San Marino. During 2023 the company had a turnover of approx. 2.7 MEUR (31 MSEK).

Expansion of sales presence

Baraghini has built up a strong customer base in their targeted market,” said Philippe Ernens, Business Area President of Compressor Technique.

Through this acquisition, we will increase our sales presence as well as strengthen our service to local customers in the industrial northern Italy.” The purchase price is not disclosed. The business will become part of the service division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
