Longstanding marine power solutions expert, Fischer Panda UK has recently enhanced its portfolio with the latest power technology innovation from Integrel Solutions.

Integrel Solutions’ system, an advanced e-power system for the marine sector, revolutionises the way vessels are powered, offering an efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional power sources.

Range of marine applications

This solution is ideal for a wide range of marine applications, including leisure boats and workboats, where reliability, efficiency, and sustainability are top priorities for manufacturers, boatbuilders and end-users.

Integrel already works with a number of pioneering boatbuilders to enhance the green and efficiency credentials of their vessels with its trusted and award-winning system.

Integrel’s E-Power system

Integrel’s E-Power system harnesses the spare energy made during normal process of a vessel’s engine

Integrel Solutions is a pioneer in marine e-power systems, dedicated to developing smart energy solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce emissions, and improve the power experience onboard.

Integrel’s E-Power system harnesses the spare energy created during the normal operation of a vessel’s engine, producing up to 18kW of energy that is intelligently stored in a 48V lithium battery bank for later use.

Reduces fuel consumption

The stored power is then used to generate electrical energy where required, not only powering heavy power-draw systems such as 48V bow thrusters and winches, but also 12V domestic items like fridges, instruments and other onboard equipment and systems, while allowing the engine to run at the best possible performance levels.

The E-Power system improves the fuel efficiency of a propulsion engine by up to 25% and reduces fuel consumption while providing an alternative or additional power source to the traditional diesel generator option. The system manages electrical power generation, storage, conversion and distribution all in one package.

E-Power unit

The E-Power unit works automatically in the ground, while the vessel is in operation

The E-Power unit works automatically in the background, while the vessel is in operation, providing ‘free energy’ for the vessel’s onboard systems that is silent when in use, and offers a reliable power source that requires very little user intervention as well as being low maintenance.

"By integrating Integrel’s e-power solution into a vessel’s main power system, our customers will benefit in a number of ways; from enhanced fuel savings and reduced maintenance costs to the ability to meet environmental regulations," said Chris Fower, Sales and Marketing Director at Fischer Panda UK.

Integration with the vessel’s systems

Chris Fower added: "Additionally, with Fischer Panda’s expert support as the go-to marine power solutions specialist, customers can expect seamless integration with the vessel’s systems, as well as installation and technical support for our customer’s maximum benefit."
