The agreement, therefore, creates a synergy between the new partners

While ERMA FIRST’s BWTS uses electrolysis to disinfect ballast water, PACT’s systems are based on ultraviolet (UV) technology.

The agreement, therefore, creates a synergy between the new partners, expanding ERMA FIRST’s BWTS portfolio to cover a broader range of requirements while helping PACT to penetrate the European market.

Mutually beneficial initiative

Konstantinos Stampedakis, Co-Founder & Managing Director, of ERMA FIRST, said, “Our exclusive sales distribution and OEM partnership agreement with Yixing PACT Environmental Technology is the latest example of our ongoing commitment to ballast water management, expanding our BWTS offering to cover a broader spectrum of shipowner requirements."

Konstantinos Stampedakis adds, "We look forward to working with PACT on this mutually beneficial initiative.
