The signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between CULines, COSCO SHIPPING Specialized and CHINT took place at the COSCO SHIPPING Specialized Headquarters – Guangzhou Ocean Plaza.

Leaders and guests present included the following: President Zhang Zhihuan and Vice President Zhang Wanli of CHINT, Chairman Chen Wei and Assistant to General Manager Gu Weidong of COSCO SHIPPING Specialized, Deputy General Manager Song Xiaoming of Guangzhou Port Group, General Manager Xi Yu and Deputy General Manager Tian Dan of Eshippinggateway.com, Chairman Raymond Chen and Executive Vice President Kevin Ding of CULines.

CHINT, COSCO SHIPPING Specialized and CULines entered into a “2+1” strategic cooperation agreement

On the occasion, CHINT, COSCO SHIPPING Specialized and CULines entered into a “2+1” strategic cooperation agreement.

According to the agreement, the three parties will reach an extensive strategic partnership, honoring the principle of “advantage complementation and benefits sharing" and the cooperative spirit underpinning “mutual benefit, stability, permanence, efficiency, and quality”.

This strong alliance plans to launch strategic cooperation in multiple fields. In specific, CULines and COSCO SHIPPING Specialized will work together to provide CHINT with a "two-to-one" tailored comprehensive logistics solution.

Dual circulation

Targeting the new opportunities generated by China’s “dual circulation” strategy, the agreement is in line with the expectations and benefits of all the three parties.

Helping the three exert their own advantages and seek win-win results, the alliance is expected to become a new model of synergy and shared growth.
