As there are always better ways to address a market, CMA CGM – Short Sea Lines Division is pleased to announce their new butterfly MOROCCO SHUTTLE service, launching from Week 45 between Morocco | France | Spain.

This new weekly service (starting ex Agadir on November 10th, 2022) - on top of addressing Moroccan cabotage - will enable to implement a sustainable maritime bridge between Agadir & Port Vendres for the upcoming fruits & vegetables campaign. This will allow a -75% CO2 emissions savings compared to traditional truck modal on this corridor.

MOROCCO SHUTTLE service

Main features are the following:

  • Fleet : 2 vessels x 1,100 TEU - Moroccan flag - 220 reefer plugs with 45'RFH intake
  • Rotation : Agadir / Port Vendres / Barcelona / Algeciras / Tanger Med / Casablance / Agadir
  • Frequency : Weekly
  • 1st call ETD Agadir: Thu. 10/11/2022 pm | 1st call ETA PORT VENDRES Mon. 14/11/2022 am
  • Ocean Transit Time: Agadir to Port Vendres in 3.5 days
