PARAT Halvorsen has been rewarded a new contract from VARD Singapore for a boiler package to a state-of-the-art stern trawler for Russian deepwater fishing company Luntos Co. Ltd. The trawler is to be constructed at their shipyard VARD Vang Tau in Vietnam.
PARAT will deliver a modern MCS Combined Exhaust Gas / Fuel-fired Steam Boiler with a capacity of 2500 + 1500 kgs/h. We will also provide the Central Heating system, including pumps, heat exchangers, etc. PARAT Halvorsen will do the commissioning and Start-up.
The PARAT MCS Combined boiler design is a very popular choice for larger production trawlers worldwide. This Stern Trawler is of VARD 4.08 design and will be delivered to owner Luntos Co. Ltd. in late 2021.
