Arkas Line is enhancing coverage of the Great Pendulum service as of May 2018 by implementing the Leixoes call. Direct Leixoes call will help to improve transit time by replacing the railroad connections to Setubal while maintaining service reliability.
New direct Leixoes call will bring opportunities for Arkas Line customers by directly connecting the main Mediterranean markets and Northern Portugal’s industrial zones.
New GPS Service rotation will be Genoa – Spezia – Salerno – Piraeus – Mersin – Beirut – Alex – Salerno – Spezia – Genoa – Casablanca – Setubal – Leixoes - Genoa 5 vessels x 1500 teus
