Watertight Hatch is manufactured from 8mm thick cover plate Suitably stiffened with weld on ribs Fitted with a 40 x 25 EPDM section perimeter seal Secured by 4 clamping points linked together Operated from above by a portable T key and below by a stainless steel central hand wheel Supplied with a channel section frame to leave the cover flush with the deck when fully closed. Suitable for welding directly to the structure. 2 off flush lifting points Shot blast SA2.5 after fabrication and primed one coat primer.
