Hapo International Barges B.V. was founded in 1987 by Mr. Henk Poot together with several partners and is situated in the harbour of Rotterdam. The headoffice is located in Rotterdam and with maritime real estate in Rotterdam, Ridderkerk and 's-Gravendeel Hapo is complete. Hapo is specialised in providing pontons, crane barges, heavy machinery and other special equipment for salvaging shipwrecks, off- or onshore operations involving heavy lift.

For more than 50 years, VETUS has been an internationally operating developer, manufacturer and trading company, selling marine engines, generators and technical equipment for recreational craft and small commercial vessels.
