FESCO Transportation Group (‘FESCO’ and the ‘Group’) has delivered over 40,000 tonnes of various cargos to ports of the Chukotka Autonomous Area, in the Russian Federation, during the navigation period of 2020.

Within the northern delivery programme, FESCO’s bulk carriers - ‘FESCO Pioneer’ and ‘Ussuri’ made six voyages on the route of Vladivostok-Anadyr-Egvekinot-Vladivostok (linear service ‘FESCO Anadyr Direct Line’ (FADL)) and delivered 22.3 thousand tonnes of cargo, including food products, consumer goods, vehicles and fuel. 1,500 loaded containers were delivered in total.

972 loaded containers were delivered for gold mining to the Kupol and Dvoinoy mines by three vessels

About 19,500 tonnes were delivered within the agreement with Chukotka Mining and Geological Company - JSC (part of the Kinross Gold Corporation).

This way, FESCO successfully implements the programme of supplying the areas with limited open-water periods with commodities.
