FESCO arranged first shipment of perishable cargo in refrigerated containers from Russia to Mongolia

FESCO Transportation Group arranged the first shipment of refrigerated containers with perishable goods from Russia to Mongolia through the Naushki border crossing.

Containers with food, cosmetics, and other goods were sent as part of a refrigerated train powered by a diesel-generator container from the Selyatino station (the Moscow region) to the Ulan Bator station (Mongolia) on 5 December. Transit time on the route is 20 days.

The main advantage of this transportation type is fully contactless delivery, which is especially important during the pandemic. The next voyage is scheduled for 29 December.
