Robert joins Clyde & Co from Lewis Brisbois where he was a partner and member of the commercial lending, complex business and commercial litigation, marine and energy, and transportation practices. Prior to this, he spent 17 years at Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL), one of the world’s largest cruise-lines, first as the General Counsel and Executive Vice President, and later as Managing Director of NCL America.
