ARA Marine was formed in 2021 when the ARA Group acquired two of Australia’s most well-known maritime specialists Wiltrading STACE and OceanLink. Marine Fire Services was then acquired at the beginning of 2023, opening ARA Marine’s capabilities and services within the New Zealand market.
